A super bright and airy apartment with everything you need to enjoy a perfect stay: full kitchen, washing machine, full bathroom, a room with ample placard, a living room to watch TV (50 inches), living room with exit to the balcony. On a quiet street and in the new best neighborhood of Buenos Aires, the apartment is accessed by stairs and is on the second floor. Forget the worries in this spacious and serene space. The space Upon entering the apartment we find a coat rack to leave coats, backpacks and slippers. Then the kitchen, independent, super bright and ventilated. At the bottom of it, the laundry room. The living/dining room is a large space that has a table and chairs; a chair and a low table. From here you access the balcony overlooking the street. From the living room you access a semi-integrated room that has a 50-inch TV and a single bed. Then we found the bathroom that ventilates over the laundry room.
