Wonderful apartment with unique minimalistic and artistic design, big, high ceiling, sunny, renovated in March 2019. It is in the heart of the Tango Neighbourhood, 10 minutes from downtown, 15 mins from the Natural reserve, 12 mins from Puerto Madero, close to the antique markets, organic produce store, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, unique clothe stores. Near Metro and buses stations. You have everything you need in one of the most original and well-placed neighborhoods of Buenos Aires. The space Hello there! I have a big, beautiful, sunny apartment in San Telmo with 2 and a 1/2 rooms. I´m living in Berlin right now so I rent my place in Buenos Aires. It is a beautiful, warm, sunny flat with 2 spacious rooms plus a small office, 2 bathrooms, fast WI-FI, air conditioning, flat TV with Netflix included, big bed in both rooms, sheets and towels, duvet covers, closets, washing machine, microwave, fridge with freezer, pans, all equipped. Air conditioning in Living room and one of the rooms. Fan in the other. It would be great if you are someone responsible, respectful and clean. -There cannot be parties at home unless is your birthday-, and even so, you have to be super careful to respect the neighbors and the silence in the hallways. Dinner with friends definitely yes!. You can smoke on the balcony. Any sex, sexual inclination, and age are welcome. The location: it is in the historical -oldest- neighborhood, 10 mins from downtown, 10 minutes from Puerto Madero where UCA and the Natural reserve are, ridiculously close to bus and metro stops, supermarkets, surrounded by restaurants, cafés, unique design clothes stores, the Film university, Tango classes, and interesting stuff. It is a spacious, with good energy (I saw the colours and design in a meditation) , with trustworthy people supporting you in case you need something. Guest access I'm renting the whole apartment, is great for 2 friends or 2 couples to live together. Other things to note I would love long term rents because as I'm living in Berlin, it is a bit stressful to rent it for shorter terms
