A major refurbishment of a textile factory from the beginning of the last century was carried out there. This one in particular is Very Original! It has many arcades and 7 different types of ceiling, all in a pleasant rustic language. It's like being in another world, up there... Guest access This apartment has a lot of privacy, it has views towards the four cardinal points! The sky has a strong presence! It has the possibility of natural ventilation due to significant cross-air circulation if different doors or windows are opened. It has a 5300w cold/heat air conditioner, two 6000 and 3000 calorie balanced draft stoves to comfortably spend the summer and winter! Other things to note It is an ideal place for a couple of travelers, students or professionals who need a relaxed and warm place to live. The apartments are completely independent, yet guests often share the inner courtyard full of plants and strike up friendships. Currently, in general, the guests are foreigners on short stays.
