Elegant accommodation 3 rooms with balcony located in a beautiful area of the neighborhood of Palermo. PLEASE READ TO THE END OF THE POST. The space The accommodation can accommodate three people, it is located on the second floor by elevator and is composed as follows: A living/dining room with an armchair with a coffee table, air conditioning, a modular with a 42"TV with cable, WIFI of 50mb speed, table with chairs for four diners and a large window with exit to the balcony. The kitchen is separate from the living room, has fridge, freezer, gas oven, extractor, electric turkey, toaster, microwave and crockery for four people. The laundry room has a washing machine and a tender. A bedroom with a double bedroom with light tables and veilers, air conditioning, window with curtain, a lockbox (request the key) and a modular bedroom with a 32"TV with cable. A second bedroom with a single box spring, a placard, cold/heat air conditioning, and a window with curtains. A full bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and vanitory. Bed linen included: Set of towels, sheets and amenities. Hair dryer. The balcony has a table with two chairs and the view is to the Syrian Arab Republic street. Guest access It is a traditional building, the apartment is accessed by means of two elevators or a staircase. Other things to note - CHECK-IN: After 3:00 PM. Schedule to be agreed upon so that staff can be available. * Late in-person check-in hours: 7 pm to 9 am will be arranged with agency staff at an additional cost of between 20 and 30 USD, depending on the indicated arrival time. -CHECK OUT: Until 10:00 AM. - Early check-in or late check-out cannot be guaranteed. It will depend on the availability at the time, whether there is a reservation the night before or the day of departure. - Cleaning: The cleaning fee refers to the apartment's cleanliness upon check-in in optimal conditions with sheets and towels. Daily cleaning or any other type of cleaning is not included. 1 set of towels is left per person and 1 set of sheets per bed with pillows and blanket. Extra cleaning service is offered for any time of the stay with an additional cost, with our trained and trusted staff. For stays longer than 14 nights, a thorough cleaning with a change of linens will be carried out in the apartment. The payment of the service will be charged to the guest to keep the apartment clean and in good condition, with our trained and trusted staff. The day and time will be arranged after the reservation is made. Service cost USD 10. For monthly stays, a MANDATORY cleaning service will be carried out in the apartment with a change of linens every 14 nights.
