Isn't it all about location? My 2 bedroom apartment is not only located in the best neighborhood it's on the best area of the enormous Palermo Soho. Ideally for 4 Guests at a time but it can host up to 5 people. 200mts/ 650 ft of Plaza Armenia 900 mts/ 0,5 miles of Plaza Serrano 300mts/ 0,18 miles of the Beautiful Botanical Gardens 500mts/ 0,30 miles of the Subway (D Line). Hotspot for nightlife, leisure, gastronomy and fashion. The space This place was acquired having AIRBNB guests on mind. The building has 3 elevators (super important, taking into consideration that sometimes guests come with lots of luggage). The apartment itself has been recycled completly. Knowing that Guest's usually need to plug many things there are lots of plugs everywhere on the apartment and they don't need any adapters (which can be very annoying), if you are coming from the US, Continental Europe or Latin America. Pillows, duvets, and bed sheets are premium quality and extra comfy because we know that our guest need their beauty rest. There are AirConditioner units in each and every room and Guests can regulate temperature on each of them. It has a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, Fridge with freezer, toaster and electric kettle. IT HAS A HAIR BLOWDRYER! Super importan if you have long hair as it is super annoying having to pack your own or having to go out with your hair wet! Plus, in Argentina we have 220v so people from some places as, as guests from the US for instance, may no able to use their own if it is 110v. Other things to note General Security Recommendations. All in all BSAS is a pretty safe city. Never the less, avoid using your cellphone while strolling around specially at downtown and at neighborhoods as La Boca, San Telmo y Barracas. It may be snatch from your hands. Beware of pocket picking in crowed subway or places
