It is a super comfortable apartment for 4 people, up to 5 people. It has a baby crib and a baby seat. It is ideal for families looking for comfort, practicality and safety. Excellent Wi-Fi, cable TV and air conditioning in the master bedroom and in the living room. For the winter, it has a spectacular adjustable central heating system. Balcony for smokers with a child protection net. There is a washing machine in the apartment and a laundry room with dryers and washing machines for common use in the building. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, large closet, TV and air conditioning. Second Bedroom: has 2 single beds and a closet. Large living room with TV. If you come by car there is a parking lot half a block away ( over Charcas) Guest access IDEAL TO MOVE WALKING SAFE AND QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD BUT VERY FEW BLOCKS FROM THE WHOLE MOVE OF PALERMO.
