Enjoy a unique experience in this newly remodeled apartment that combines a classic Buenos Aires style with touches of modern design. It is a very bright and quiet cozy accommodation, ideal for both business trips and sightseeing in Buenos Aires. It is connected to the main means of transportation (bus and subway) and close to museums, universities, shopping malls, parks, bars, restaurants, and other attractions in Recoleta, the most elegant area of the city. The space The apartment was finished remodeling in December 2024: it is a cozy, bright and quiet space, ideal for working or strolling in the best area of Buenos Aires. The original wooden floors were restored. The apartment has new aluminum and double glazed windows for efficient thermal and noise insulation. In addition, each window has motorized wooden blinds that open and close at the touch of a button. The entrance door has a digital lock. It has three mini-split air conditioners (hot/cold), one in each room and one in the living room. The balcony is dual-access; it can be accessed both from the living room and the master bedroom. The armchairs and dining chairs were restored and reupholstered. The two beds (sommier type) are new. The kitchen and bathroom were completely modernized, with the total renovation of the spaces, furniture, appliances, and equipment. Guest access The entire accommodation is available during your stay. Other things to note 1) The reservation must be personal: platform rules state that the person making the reservation must be one of the guests (you cannot book on behalf of someone else). 2) For long stays (more than 2 weeks), an additional cost will be added for weekly housekeeping. This is to preserve the space's hygiene for both current and future guests. 3) No pets and no smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes inside the apartment
