There are two bedrooms, one closed with its own terrace and the other open to the living room. Only for over 15 years of age . Parking is paid 24 hours a day and is 30 meters away. Two own terraces, open view, sun and two air-conditioned. 130 square meters. 400 meters from the Obelisk and 250 meters from Corrientes and its attractions! We are 5 minutes from the Obelisk and 3 minutes from Corrientes Avenue. You can walk to cinemas, theaters, cafes, restaurants, bars, museums, Puerto Madero and many attractions! Welcome! The space We have a large living room, a bedroom with its own terrace and a second bedroom space located on a mezzanine that opens onto the living room with two single beds and a desk for working. Connect your music from your phone to the extra speakers on the TV. Our kitchen is small but enough to spend a few very comfortable days. It is not designed for great chefs :) On the corner is Quimera a rest with sent home, good and economical. Among many other options. The building is new and is steps away from Avenida de Mayo , the most historic avenue in Bs As. Everything is very easy, you call us or you communicate with my hosts at your Wspp. The building does not have a laundry but right in front there is one, which makes it very practical to bring the clothes. Guest access A few meters from the building there are two very good hotels (Tribeca and Lennox) where you can have breakfast, lunch, dinner and take advantage of an excellent lobby for meetings or just to hang out. I'll send you a guidebook with many attractions to walk through! Also three blocks away is La Panera Rosa , highly recommended for eating, breakfast or Brunch. Don't miss the food patio of Paseo la Plaza with many options just 400 meters away Other things to note Our space is ideal for visiting and getting to know the city with great comfort and style. No parties, celebrations, gatherings, or loud music or noise after 10 pm. No meetings with people outside the reservation. If it's a personal visit, of course. We have a safe in the apartment for your use and safekeeping. Only for those over 15 years old. The cleaning fee charged is for cleaning before each check-in, please let us know if any details remain to be corrected ? We strive to make everything impeccable, but there may always be something that the cleaning staff has not seen. The cleaning fee does not include regular daily cleaning and no one enters the apartment during your stay. If you require daily or occasional cleaning during your stay, you can do it at an extra cost, no problem, just let me know and we'll coordinate. Our check-in time is after 3pm until 9pm . If you need a night schedule, let me know and I'll send you a request for funds for late check-in for $40, so we can have someone waiting for you
