Old restored apartment in a historic building located in the traditional San Telmo neighborhood. Ideal for visiting the typical tourist and cultural sites of Buenos Aires. San Telmo is "The Bohemian Neighborhood" famous for its Milongas, Fairs, Gastronomic Markets, Notable Cafes, Museums and historical sites. We also offer the professional advice of a Tourism Guide as a Local Guide. The apartment is fully equipped for your comfort and peace of mind during your stay. The space The accommodation is in a historic building in the San Telmo neighborhood with a typical style from the early 1900s. It has a private inner courtyard and large unified spaces that create a calm and isolated atmosphere from the city. The living room is designed so that you can enjoy a warm dinner or breakfast as well as relax on the sofa to watch a movie. The location is ideal for exploring the city's historic district. Guest access Entering through an old gate to a common hallway, you climb a short marble staircase (5 steps) and crossing the hallway you access the apartment entrance. A typical Buenos Aires doorway highlights the entrance to the unit, protecting the old door from the weather.
