It´s a completely renovated antique duplex apt in the historic center of San Telmo. On Defensa Street, and just 5 blocks from Puerto Madero and 3 from Plaza Dorrego. If I had to say one characteristic that defines it would be very serious light and airy! The space The building, ph style, it´s historical from 1865 and the department is fully recycled yet it keeps the original vault ceiling and hardwood floor boards. The surface of the main room is 52m2 (living room, bathroom and kitchen) and 25m2 mezzanine (bedroom and dressing room). The ceilings have a height of 4m on the ground floor and 1,75m (+-) in the mezzanine. If I had to say one characteristic that defines it would be "very bright and spacious" has a window throughout the apartment and almost 2 meters tall and with its orientation (northeast) is light and sun all day. .........
