This cozy top floor apartment recently completed a huge renovation. It requires walking up two floors of stairs but has a nice view from the living room and lots of light. While making the home more contemporary we also kept it's unique and historic Buenos Aires style. Our hope is that you enjoy staying in an apartment that will help give you an authentic Argentina experience. This apartment will NOT be like your home back in your country........and that is part of the experience, isn't it? The space LOOKING FOR A HISTORIC AND UNIQUE BUENOS AIRES EXPERIENCE? This two bedroom two bath apartment is located in the heart of the historical center of Buenos Aires called San Telmo. Right out the apartment’s front entrance is the enchanting Plaza Dorrego and yet you are only a few minutes walk to Puerto Madero making this one of the best locations in the whole city. There are tons of cafe’s, restaurants, bars, shops, etc. It is also the epicenter of the city’s Tango origins. Not only is the apartment well located but we have tried to make it with all of your home’s comforts;* two air conditioners* wireless internet* , TV, ,Washer and dryer for longer stays* includes weekly maid service* fully stocked kitchen* etc. Despite all the activity around, it is also very quite because the apartment is set back far from the street and plaza. It’s a top floor unit (2nd floor – no elevator) with lots of natural light and a wonderful view from the living room. You will find this to be one of the best values for your $$$. Guest access Guests have access to whole apartment Other things to note One piece of advice: Leave some time to do some walking and exploring of the city. Our apartment is not only located in one of the most interesting neighborhoods but it is within walking distance of some other great areas as well. Puerto Madero, Florida St Shopping, the Ecological Reserve, Casa Rosada, Teatro Colon ,etc, etc. All within 30 mins and I’ve always found interesting things to see along the way. Taxis, Uber , subway and buses are inexpensive but nothing gives you a vibe for a city like a good walk
