Large apartment for five people in an old neoclassical building. It has three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. It is located in Monserrat, a 10-minute walk from San Telmo and very well connected, with several subway lines and numerous bus lines. The decor combines classic and contemporary elements in a balanced way. The space The apartment is on the second floor, accessed only by stairs. Upon entering, a hall and a hallway full of light and plants welcome you and lead to a spacious LIVING-DINING room with a table, chairs, library, television and sofa. The first ROOM offers a double bed, desk and good storage space; it is spacious and comfortable, with a fan and heating, although without air conditioning. The second BEDROOM also has a double bed and a MEZZANINE ideal for working, with a desk, comfortable chair, large closets and air conditioning. The third BEDROOM is smaller, accessed by an internal staircase and has a single bed, a small workspace and air conditioning. The KITCHEN is bright and fully stocked, and the BATHROOM retains an old bathtub that adds character. It is an early 20th century neoclassical apartment with high ceilings, original floors, and details that combine historic charm with contemporary comfort. Guest access The guests can access the whole apartment. The space is completely private and for exclusive use during the stay. The KITCHEN is equipped with everything you need for cooking. There is air conditioning in two ROOMS and fans available. The building is old and does not have an elevator; access is only by stairs to the second floor.
