Beautiful old French-style Penthouse at emblematic building. Classic and modern, 170m2 in the heart of San Telmo, 1 block: the famous and oldest market in the city (mixture of antique shops and gourmet restaurants), 1 block: the Museums of Modern Art and Contemporary Art, from the Plaza del Tango and Milonga. Ideal to live a true Buenos Aires. Ideal for remote work, families or groups of friends. 5 blocks from Puerto Madero neighborhood! 15 minutes by taxi to Ferry to Colonia, Punta del Este. The space The apartment has original pinotea wood floors, original old openings, and high ceilings. It's super bright and fresh. The kitchen is huge and cosy: it has a table for 7 people, and it is beautiful in the morning when the sun comes through the windows. Both bathrooms have shower, one also has a very large bathtub, ideal for immersion baths (it is the one that is adjacent to the master bedroom). Throughout the hall there are the 3 bedrooms of the same size, all with hot/cold air conditioning and ceiling fan. The beds, hotel style, can be 7 single or 3 queen and 1 single, depending on the needs of the guests. The living room is super large and comfortable - with a table for dinners for 8 people -, both to watch a movie, to read or simply enjoy the windows and the 2 French balconies overlooking Dorrego Square. Guest access Guests can use the whole apartment! Other things to note There are 3 big bedrooms with beds for 7 people. Then you can add two matresses on the floor of another space
