Beautifully renovated 4B/3 1/2b house in San Isidro, one of the most prestigious areas in the outskirts of Buenos Aires. Open layout, excellent for entertaining. Family friendly, fully equipped. It features a large pool, jacuzzi, galería w/ parrilla, radiant heat downstairs and A/C in all bedrooms. Easy freeway access, upscale shopping nearby, 2 blocks to local groceries and markets. 20 min. drive to many Yacht Clubs by the river. 30 minute drive to downtown Buenos Aires off peak hours. The space This house in San Isidro is impeccably appointed with first world practicality and old world charm. It's spacious and cool in the summer and warm and welcoming in the winter. The house has a luxury master bedroom and bath upstairs with beautiful balconies front and back and two bedrooms with 2 single beds each and extra beds in storage and a shared bathroom. Both rooms have access to a play area loft that is always a fun place for children and provides extra sleeping space. There is also a beautiful 'terraza' or large balcony out of one of these bedrooms as well with views of the beautiful pool. Downstairs is a second master bedroom with en-suite bath and large French doors looking onto the pool. All bedrooms have individual remote control air conditioner, heating, and ceiling fans. The kitchen is open, modern and very well equipped. It looks and opens onto the back yard, the galería and pool through beautiful French doors. The kitchen has granite countertops and a large island for hanging out with the cook, quick breakfast, lunches and so many empanada diners! The galería is your summer hang out space with its large Argentinian style charcoal grill and seating area. Ours is a home created for relaxation and it has all the practical amenities, spaciousness, and warmth to make your stay special. We have enjoyed many years with our children, our family in Argentina and our friends. It is a special place for us and we hope it will be special for you. Our house is ideal for families coming to participate in local and international regattas because of its proximity and easy access to the local yacht clubs and Tigre, the most amazing and active river delta full of water activities throughout the year. Guest access Guest have full access to the entire house Other things to note SPECIAL PRICING: Summer months are the high vacation rental season in San Isidro. A 2 WEEK MINIMUM RENTAL IS REQUIRED DURING HIGH SEASON. WHEN BOOKING COVERS THE CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR dates, two weeks will be U$5,000. During summer months, services such as pool and garden maintenance are required and are separate from the rental. The service provider comes once a week. In Dec. 2024 the cost for this service is U$50/2weeks. Due to inflation in Argentina it is hard to know what this cost will be in 2025 but it should not be an extraordinary amount. This fee is paid upon arrival in cash. Electricity bill is not included in the rent for summer months due to high use of air conditioners. A fee of U$300 will be assessed to cover the electricity bill to be paid upon arrival in cash. Housecleaning is not a service provided with the house. I may be able to recommend someone if you need it. This service is paid directly to the provider. Dec.'24 this cost is around U$5.00/hour. PLEASE NOTE: While the house is very child friendly THERE IS NO FENCE AROUND THE POOL. A CHILD PROOF FENCE CAN BE RENTED and I can guide you to find a provider and have it in place for your arrival if requested. Safety with children is your responsibility
