The apartment has been renewed in an old buiding. 4 bedrooms, dining room, TV, living room , 2 complete bathrooms & kitchen and all you need for cooking. There are stairs to the 4th bedroom . It's located in the heart of BA, close to subway stations, buses and main attractions. We will help you in everything you need, only ask for it! It is on the third floor BY STAIRS, the elevator doesn't work. Spanish and English are spoken. The space Sol and Gastón are passionate travelers and BA lovers. Many years ago until now we started staying in apartments o rooms hosted by Airbnb having always a great experience. So now is our turn to give it back! We decided to open our third apartment that has been renewed to receive you. You are going to get from us much more than just a place to stay! Both bathrooms have bidet, bath, shampoo, conditioner, body and hand soaps and cleansing wipes. Air conditioner cold and warm in all rooms. Also you have Sube cards to travel by public transport. For eating, Pick up the fork blog. We will be available for helping you to make your stay unforgettable! If you need transfers in /out from the international or domestic airport, it is available with an extra cost. We speak Spanish and English. White sheets and towels are included. Smoking is not allowed. Check in with passport is required and mandatory. Check in and check out time depends on other guests arriving that day. If we are doing the cleaning before the check in time and you arrive earlier, you can leave your staff until you do the check in. Guest access The apartment is for your exclusive use. Eight guests can be hosted. Other things to note In case you would like to check in after 11 pm and before 7 am, we will ask you to cover a fee of usd 25 for the late check in. We use this money to cover the cost of taxis for the person checking you in, because public transportation does not run so frequently after that time and we go especially for your arrival. For early check in between 7 am and 1 pm: usd 35 always if the apartment is available. Late check out after 11 am varies between 35 or 50 usd dependig at what time you are departing and if no new guest is arrivin that day. This is extra fee for if you need extra cleaning during your stay. The price is usd 30 for 3 hours or 20 usd for 2 hours for each time
