Spacious. White. Luminous. Ideal for a family or couple looking forward to grill and enjoy the pool. The space The house has a main ground level where you can find an entrance (mud room), a big living room connected to the dining area, and a full kitchen. Also, the master bedroom, kids room and full bathroom which these share, is to be found on this level. Front and back yard are big grounds with many plants (+ pool and games). On the upper level there is a full bathroom, a big room, play room, and laundry area with a half bathroom. There is a terrace, too. A third level exists for refrigeration machine and attic. No access there. Finally, there is a lower level with a toilette and a second door to go to the pool and grill. Guest access The house has 4 big bedrooms, plus a small one and a play room. But, ee keep one closed, keeping access to the master bedroom and kids room, plus one big bedroom upstairs (plus play room). Other things to note On stays longer than 7-10 days, expensas, gastos are in top (in local currency)
