The 350m² house has a separate kitchen area with an island, breakfast table for 4 people, living room with 5 meter sofa, 6 meter dining table with 8 comfortable seats and beautiful decor. The space GROUND FLOOR: • Single bed with desk at the entrance of the house. • Living room and dining room • Bathroom with bathtub (this is the main bathroom on the entire ground floor) • Queen bed (this used to be the utility room) has a bathroom (not modern) It is accessed from the patio. Also the laundry area and grill area is next to this bedroom. • Large outdoor grill and table for up to 10 people • Beautiful seating area with black seating • Winter garden living area FIRST FLOOR: * Master bedroom with king size bed, private bathroom overlooking the garden and pool, there is a top floor with mirrors with light. * 2nd bedroom with king size bed and street view * 3rd bedroom with king size bed and street view * Bathroom with bathtub ideal for sharing. * Large private outdoor patio and indoor pool area. * Living room and kitchen with ceilings 5 meters high. It has been renovated in a modern Mediterranean style with wooden floors throughout. THIRD FLOOR: * Spacious Terrace with tables, shower and table designed to have a dream bar area for celebrations. The house includes cleaning staff twice a week, available every day upon request at an additional charge. The staff can also prepare breakfast and meals on request and for an additional fee.
