This is a fully-renovated house in the heart of Palermo Soho, which is Buenos Aires' go-to place for restaurants, bars and specialty shops. The neighborhood is leafy and low-rise with a very relaxed feel to it. You will be walking-distance from some of the best places to eat or drink or tango in the city. The house has five bedrooms (one of them small) and a spacious living-room. It also has three outdoor spaces. On the first floor, you'll find three cozy bedrooms, one of the three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, two lovely patios, and a charming balcony—perfect spots to relax and enjoy fresh air. Upstairs is the brand-new master bedroom with a private en suite bathroom and a beautiful deck, ideal for unwinding or enjoying a glass of wine as the sun sets. There’s also a small room with a single bed that closes with a blackout curtain instead of a door. Located next to the terrace and the third bathroom, it’s not a full-sized room but it has plenty of natural light, air conditioning, and a cozy atmosphere for one guest. The highlight of the upper floor is the large terrace with a barbecue grill—perfect for sharing meals, laughter, and great times under the open sky.
