The space Excellent house in the best location in Buenos Aires, just meters from Palermo Soho's gastronomic and commercial hub: Plaza Armenia! The house is located on the first floor, above a commercial plaza full of bars, restaurants, and cafes, steps away from many of the city's most famous fashion stores, in a green setting. On the ground floor, we find a large garden with a barbecue grill and a pool with a full bathroom. Up the stairs, or taking the elevator, you will find a beautiful designer living-dining room and kitchen, with full-length windows, full of light, overlooking a beautiful green space. The house has 5 bedrooms with beds that can be adapted from twin to queen depending on the needs of your group. There are also 3 full bathrooms so your group can enjoy their stay with greater comfort and privacy. Scheduled pool maintenance is performed on Wednesdays; we appreciate your permission to keep it in good condition. Our accommodation is the starting point for an excellent stay in Buenos Aires. Don't hesitate to ask any questions about our accommodation! Guest access We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the application you will have direct contact with your personal host. Deposits range from $50 for studio and 1-bedroom apartments to $800 for apartments with 8 or more bedrooms. Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time. Other things to note Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability
