The space La Casa de Bulnes is a boutique home in the heart of Palermo Viejo, perfect for groups seeking comfort and warmth in a private space. The property features 6 spacious and bright rooms, each with a private bathroom and high-quality beds, comfortably accommodating up to 15 guests. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing homemade meals and is complemented by a cozy dining area. The patio with a barbecue grill and the 150 m² terrace with a deck are the heart of the house, perfect for outdoor barbecues, relaxing afternoons, or evenings under the stars. Surrounded by plants, these spaces are designed to offer a tranquil atmosphere. The house combines the warmth of a home with the style of a boutique hotel, offering daily cleaning (Monday to Friday) and personalized attention. It is located in a vibrant and strategic area: steps from Plaza Serrano, Palermo Soho, and Palermo Hollywood, surrounded by restaurants, bars, shops, and with easy access to public transportation. La Casa de Bulnes is a unique space that operates both as an Airbnb and a Guest House. Sometimes we rent individual rooms, but we also offer the entire house, as in this case. Unlike other rentals, our host Matías lives in the house. His presence ensures everything runs smoothly and provides immediate assistance if needed. Matías knows every detail of the house and is available to help with local recommendations, answer questions, or simply ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. While he has his own activities, he is always available in the mornings and in the late afternoon/evening for any queries. Additionally, during check-in, we set up a communication group so you can reach us at any time, even if he’s not at home. Many of our guests have highlighted in their reviews how warm and helpful Matías has been during their stay, so we encourage you to read about their experiences. We love welcoming travelers and always enjoy sharing a good conversation or a glass of wine in the kitchen.
