Its a very spacious french-italian first floor apartment were you can feel the complete comfort of living in a restored old traditional house which belonged to one of the most argentinean traditional families (5mts high ceilings and french wooden floors). At the left of the entrance Hall it is the living-dinning room and kitchen with an isle, both facing the front street with balconies. At the right it is a long corridor that takes you to the 6 rooms. Four of them with ensuite bathroom. The space Through the italian marble style main stairs you can reach this first floor apartment and the entrance and reception hall which faces a little green patio full of sunlight. At the very left of it you have a straight access to the elegant dinning room and open isle style kitchen. Both are facing the street with their antique window doors and own balconies and only this total area is 8mts per 4mts. To the other side of the entrance hall the house goes on with a long corridor that takes you to three main wooden floor, super high ceilings traditional bedrooms with double bed and private bathroom, and another two bedrooms for guests sharing a fourth bathroom. There are two rooms who share a non ensuite bathroom in the corridor. The first one (n° 1) is actually huge and is located in front of the bathroom the second one (n°6) is located at the end of the house, it has a little stairs to access and also is smaller ( ideal room for the youngest or somebody who likes super-privacy). Then room n°2 whiich is very special because its has ensuite bathroom but also has a little loft inside so the bed is on a second level, usually ladies love it because it looks very romantic with beautiful stairs. Walking along the outdoor corridor we get the other three rooms. Two of them (n°3 and 4) are very nice and spacious rooms sharing a very big ensuite bathroom in the middle of both of them. Finally there is room n°5 at the end of the corridor which is has lower ceilings than the other ones but it is room but the ceiling is not that high as the other ones but it is also a very sunny room with its own private bathroom. Guest access Besides the entrance Hall, the living-dinning room and the kitchen the house also has an outdoor long corridor to the back of the house where you can enjoy some straight sunlight, fresh air and plants
