Beautiful and warm studio, on Avenida Corrientes, with green views of a huge park called Los Andes. Meters from Movistar Arena and the mouth of the subway line B, which runs along Avenida Corrientes from end to end and 10 blocks from the renowned neighborhood of Palermo. The apartment is fully equipped. The building is beautiful and modern. It has 4 elevators. It has 24-hour security, a gym, a summer pool, laundry, and green spaces. A beautiful place to enjoy a great stay. Guest access It is a requirement for entering the accommodation to send the identification of all passengers in advance to be registered in the building and to enable access to it Other things to note Before you book, please check your check-in and check-out times.
