Hello Travelers! We want to offer you our cozy apartment with a double bed for one or two people, a kitchen , a full bathroom and a nice balcony with a panoramic view. We are one block away from the UADE, Metro and Metro-Bus that will allow you to travel anywhere in the city. The kitchen is equipped with an induction anafe, of a stove, electric oven,microwave, ,toaster, electric jug, refrigerator and the necessary utensils to cook and eat. We will be waiting for you. The space - 45 square meters all in a single apartment with a wonderful window overlooking the city and a nice balcony. -Fully equipped kitchenette: electric oven, anafe of an induction stove, microwave, refrigerator and basic kitchen equipment: pots, plates, cutlery, pasta strainer, kettle, dishwashing liquid, etc. -Bedroom and living room integrated with queen size bed - Free WiFi - Blackout curtains -Queen Bed - Washing and drying room in the building (with fee) -Bike storage space -Pool -Jardin with native plants -Terrace with BBQ and panoramic view -Laundry on the terrace On the ground floor there is a beautiful garden of native plants and a pool, with a table for use by the building's guests and space for storing bicycles.
