The space Very bright single room, located on a second floor with a large window overlooking the park. Fully equipped. It has a Queen Size box spring and a futon for an adult or 2 minors. Work desk, cable TV, WIFI (100MB). Full bathroom. Kitchen with electric anafe, fridge, microwave oven, express coffee maker, toaster and electric turkey. Set of pots, kitchen utensils and complete crockery for 4 people. Building securely 24hs. Guest access Observe the spectacular 360 views of BA while you enjoy the amenities in the 27th floor. At an extra cost you may use the laundry in floor -2, the meeting room in the mezzanine and a multipurpose room with barbacue facilities for up to 50 persons in the park.
