DOES NOT HAVE A GARAGE. Comfortable, bright studio apartment with balcony. Located in the neighborhood of Flores a metros de la Avenida Rivadavia, it is ideal for coming to shop in Avellaneda. Public transport: subway line to and dock with buses to tourist and downtown areas. Airport and Aeropark. Your vehicles can be left on the street and there are 2 parking lots around the way around the building. It has a basic gym, solarium, laundry and sum.(Check availability and rental prices) The space The building is a few years old and has two elevators. It is entered with an electronic key. It has garages but I don't have any. Cars can be dropped off or parked in garages on Ramon Falcon Street. The apartment is ideal for spending a few quiet days, shopping in Avellaneda, visiting relatives, doing paperwork, going to recitals (Teatro de Flores or Veleza), etc. It is quite spacious, there is 1 double bed and a sofa with a mattress underneath. It has a bathroom and full kitchen. The fridge is new. There is a loaf of bread and electric pava. There is also a microwave. Breakfast includes only liquid ( coffee, tea and if you want yerba for mate). Cleanliness is included although I hope you can leave it in the same condition you received it. Otherwise, a penalty will be applied for the total cleaning fee. The accumulated garbage is removed at 20 hrs and deposited in an incinerator located on the emergency stairs. There is TV but no cable, I can facilitate a chromecast :) Guest access You can share the hall, laundry and solarium. Highly recommended in summer since a shower was installed in the solarium and the sum terrace is incredible as well. I am quite flexible with both the arrival and departure times. Obviously, depending on the circumstances that may occur (changes in flight schedules or early arrival of the next guest, for example). Check-in will depend on the guest's check-in or arrival time to be agreed. It's usually after 3 pm. They can check in earlier, but it will depend on whether the relevant cleaning is done in time. Cleaning is done immediately after a guest leaves. And there's a preparation time for the next one who checks in. I like to personally welcome the people who are going to live in my apartment. If this is not the case, I usually get a trusted person to receive them and explain a little about the type of stay and give them a tip (at the guest's expense) of $2000 for the inconvenience. And with check out the same in case I can't receive the keys. You can leave them in the mailbox at the entrance door to the building, letting me know with a photo or video. Other things to note Generally, I have no problem with guests arriving before or leaving after the agreed check-in and check-out times. It will always depend on prior communication and whether or not there is a reservation scheduled for the same day they arrive or leave
