Other things to note Important information about services and sourcing: In Buenos Aires, essential services (electricity, water, gas, internet) are provided exclusively by a company for each item due to a monopoly system. Although I as host pay and contract these services, I have no control over their operation or any interruptions, which may occur due to network maintenance, infrastructure saturation, weather conditions or reasons beyond my control. During the summer, especially on days of high temperatures, the demand for energy can lead to scheduled or unforeseen cuts, which also do not depend on my management. Buenos Aires is a densely populated city, and although it is the capital, it is part of a developing country, with infrastructure limitations. If during your stay you will experience internet or other service outages, I appreciate that you understand that these are structural problems that all Argentines face and that escape my control as a host. Evaluating your experience based on these situations would be like judging Argentina for not being a first world country, which, clearly, we are not. We are the southernmost country in the world, with all the challenges that this entails. As a Superhost, I promise to do everything I can to ensure your comfort, but some circumstances are not in my hands. IMPORTANT: Documentation requirement for check-in To ensure everyone's safety and comply with the new regulations of Law 6.255 of the City of Buenos Aires, all guests are required to present their documentation at two times: 1. After confirming the reservation, you must send a photo of your DNI, ID or passport through the Airbnb system. 2. On the day of check-in, they must present the same documentation in physical format, so that the person in charge of check-in can take a new photo as part of the mandatory registration.
