Enjoy an unforgettable stay in Buenos Aires in this comfortable studio, located on the 10th floor with a beautiful view of the skyline. Located in the best area of Palermo Soho, close to La Rural and Jardin Botanico. A few meters from the Subway “D”, trains and buses of Santa Fe & Juan B. Justo Av. Steps away from the Arcos District (shopping) and renowned restaurants such as “Don Julio” & “El Preferido de Palermo”. The studio is located in the 'Palermo UNO' category tower of Uriarte&Charcas. The space Modern studio with semi-integrated kitchen and a sliding door that offers more privacy. Fully equipped with new and functional furniture, for both short and long term stays. Beautiful balcony with bar and stools to enjoy a coffee or wine, and a privileged view! We have: * Air conditioning Split cold. * Underfloor heating. * WI FI 100 MB connection. * Smart TV 40” with FLOW decoder. * Black-out curtains. * Dining table with 4 chairs. * Double bed mattress 1.50 meters wide x 1.90 meters long. * Kitchen equipped with: toaster, blender, electric kettle, microwave and electric coffee maker, large refrigerator, oven and gas stove. * Full bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer. * Closet with hangers and iron. * Balcony with protection net, stools and bar. Cleaning service is not included but can be requested at an extra cost. For long stays we recommend cleaning service every 15 days. -The crib is subject to availability, a fee of USD 20 must be paid to cover the transfer of the cot- Guest access The building has: *24 hrs security *Outdoor heated swimming pool on the first floor. Open from November 15th to April 15th. *Jacuzzi. You must book in advance to use it. *Sauna *Gym with incredible view on the 31st floor. Other things to note Check out time should be until 10 am and check in time should be from 2 pm onwards Check-ins between 6 PM and 9 AM are charged USD 20 to be paid in cash to the person who receives you at the apartment. Pets are not allowed No parties or events are allowed. Full name and passport or ID photo will be requested at the time of booking. Also the flight number and arrival time. Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the pool, sauna, gym and common areas (no guests allowed)
