Please read the rules before booking.-- Children under 12 years of age are not allowed because there is no safety net. This spacious studio has everything you need to make your stay a pleasant one. It has a super king bed (2 x 2 m), bathroom, closet, big table, refrigerator, microwave, nespresso, toaster, stove burners and all kitchen utensils. It is located in the best zone of Palermo Soho (the best neighborhood in Buenos Aires). At 2 minute to the metro and surrounded by the best restaurants, bars & shop. Guest access access to the entire building. Other things to note House's rules /House rules •Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, on the balcony and in the entire building. If you smoke you must do it outside the building. • In times of Covid you must have a mask on to circulate through the building. •Pets are not allowed •Only guests registered in the reservation can stay in the apartment and in the pool (no guests are allowed) Children under 12 years of age are not allowed because there is no safety net. • It is not allowed to eat or use glass in the pool. • Children in the pool must be under adult supervision. • Remember that you should not leave the keys on the inside of the apartment as you will not be able to open it from the outside. In case of leaving it and having to call a locksmith to open the door, the expense will be borne by the guest •Access to the gym must be with appropriate clothing and shoes and be over 18 years old. •No parties or events are allowed. •Arrival time is from 2:00 p.m. •The departure time is at 10 a.m. •When it is possible to make an early entry (before 2 PM) or a late departure (after 10 AM) (sometimes the calendar does not allow it) •At the time of reservation, full name and identity number or passport of each guest will be requested. Also the flight number and arrival time. •No smoking in the apartment, on the balcony and throughout the building.
