Cozy and super comfortable apartment in the heart of Palermo to enjoy it together with the magic of your neighborhood. It is unique because it is modern, very bright and spacious and also has a balcony with a grill in the heart of Palermo Hollywood. Fully equipped for long stays and also has a dedicated desk for remote work. Easy access to public transport (subway, train, buses and bikes). If you want to enjoy outdoor activities, you are 10 minutes from the Bosques Palermo! The space Unique apartment because it has been fully just decorated, it is spacious, very bright and it has a balcony with a barbecue in the heart of Palermo Hollywood. It is ideal for long stays as it has premium equipment with top-of-the-line appliances, crockery and cookware to enjoy meals with friends and/or family and is fully equipped. It is located on one of the most picturesque streets of the neighborhood (Carranza) that also allows easy access to public transportation (subway, train, buses, and bicycles). A great advantage in this area is having a private garage in the same building. Also a small pool to cool off in summer (Nov/Feb). The location is unbeatable because it allows you to walk to restaurants like "La Mar"; "Tigre Morado"; "La Pescadorita"; "Sudestada"; "Osaka" and also very close to Palermo Soho where the famous grill "Don Julio" and "La Cabrera" are located as well as "Nino Gordo" and "Gran Dabbang". Just 50 meters away you have the gourmet coffee "Don Cuervo" which is an obligatory stop to start the day.
