The space The apartment is located on the 6th floor at the front, has a total of 35 m², is a studio with a living room with an integrated kitchen, a bedroom, a full bathroom and a balcony. It owns its own 300 mbps wifi network. Bedroom: Double bed (160 x 190 cm), with bedside tables and lamps, a closet, air conditioning cold/heat. Bed linens included: Towels, sheets, quilts and pillows. Living room: It has a one-body sofa, a 50" smart-TV with cable signal and Netflix account included. It has lockbox. Workspace: Desk table with chair and nightstand. Bathroom: It has a vanitory with a bacha, shower and toilet. It has a hairdryer. Amenities are provided for the stay. Kitchen: All essential appliances: fridge, electric oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, electric coffee maker, set of pots, pans, full set of dishes, utensils, cutlery and a pantry. Balcony: It has a table with two chairs overlooking the Cuidad de Buenos Aires. Guest access Guests have access to: - An outdoor pool: Exclusively for guests. The day and time will be coordinated after the booking is generated. Cost of service usd 15. In monthly stays, on a MANDATORY basis, a review cleaning will be carried out in the apartment with replacement of white clothes, every 14 nights, the payment of the service will be paid by the guest, to keep the apartment clean and in good condition, with our trained and trusted staff.
