The accommodation is quiet, with everything you need to be comfortable, and a large terrace where you can see the sky and sunsets. The building is a family house built with a lot of love. You have a private entrance! The space It's a sturdy house built by my grandparents and great-grandparents, who were among the first to arrive in this neighborhood. The apartment is accessed by climbing two flights of stairs. Anything you need, do not hesitate to tell me! I am available to help or make recommendations as needed. Other things to note The neighborhood is residential and super quiet, with circular streets. It's worth walking around and exploring. You are close to the avenue where you can take buses and the subway to get anywhere in the city. There are also cafes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby
