It has a separate kitchen with laundry area, a living-dining room, a full bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Services are paid by the tenant; rent is USD 800 per month. The contract is for 3 or 6 months, with the first month’s rent and a deposit required at move-in (refunded at the end of the contract).
