Beautiful 1 bedroom apartment with a king bed, very bright and comfortable! Located in the heart of Belgrano, one of the most traditional and vibrant neighborhoods in Buenos Aires. This apartment offers convenience, with easy access to a variety of cafes, restaurants, and stores. Just a few minutes away from parks, sub stations and public transportation. The ideal location to explore the city with everything you need at your fingertips! * *** * * * PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION. The space - 1 bedroom with king bed, en-suite bathroom, placard, blackout curtains and Smart TV - Living room integrated dining room, with a guest bathroom and comfortable space to work. - A kitchen fully stocked for cooking. -Private balcony - Washing machine and dryer - Refrigerator with Freezer - Full kitchen -A/C in the living room - Heating by the radiant slab. - Wifi available! - Shared pool (Available only in summer months.) Guest access Pool shared with the other neighbors in the building. (Available only in the summer months). Other things to note Check-IN Hours: From 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm Check-OUT schedule: Until 11:00 AM If you need to do an early Check-In or late Check-Out, check before you book. - 1 set of keys is provided per apartment. - 1 set of towels is delivered per person and 1 set of sheets per bed + pillows and comforter. - The cleaning charges included in the rate are for cleaning after check-out. Daily, weekly cleaning is not included. If required, it must be requested and has an extra cost. *When booking, we will ask them to send us an ID or PASSPORT photo of each guest. This is mandatory in order to enter the building. - Finally, we will be happy to answer all your questions, and we hope to be your hosts in Buenos Aires!
