The space The 53m2 floor has a main living room with period table and chairs to have a pleasant dinner/lunch plus a bayout playing. It has a terrace overlooking the street with chairs and a table ideal for a pleasant time in the morning or afternoon/evening. The very comfortable room has a Queen box spring that will allow them to rest peacefully after a tiring day. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking or preparing from a meal to a smoothie, with all appliances for that purpose. And the bathroom is equipped with a tub and shower, in addition to what you need. Guest access Guests can access the entire floor, except for a section of the room's placard, which is properly closed
