Central Heights is located in a “real” Argentine neighborhood. It was designed by a Porteña and a native New Yorker. They wanted their guest to be wowed from the moment they entered, so everything was hand picked and strategically placed for relaxation and comfort. The designers’ are seasoned travelers (combined 40 countries) and they know what it’s like to choose an Airbnb and want to have a pleasant and exceptional and luxurious stay. Central Hts. provides that and more, welcome to BsAs, Arg. The space Central Heights: A one bedroom green energy friendly apartment located in the geographical center of Buenos Aires City. Corrientes Ave, is an artery of the city that leads directly to the Obelisco (the most recognizable Landmark in BsAs). We want our guest stay to be as memorable as a tango class at a famous milongas. We chosen pieces for this apartment that lets your mind get away from home and think about other things. For instance the Ariana Fridman Design world city clocks were designed specifically for this place, the rare copper replica of the Escudo (Argentine’s national symbol), which the original can be found in Casa Rosada (Great place to visit). Most of the furniture was custom made for this apartment. Further we chose to purchase artifacts from cities, i.e., the “Yaguareté” (the Argentinean jaguar) is from Iguazú Falls and was handmade by the indigenous tribe that resides in that city. Central Heights is the perfect place to recoup after a long day walking, queen size bed, Cosy couch 42’ flatscreen screen tv, cable, HBO package and Netflix. There is two AC/heating units, kitchen is fully load with the latest modern appliances and accessories, a friendly work space with super high speed WiFi. Fell free to cook your own meals, bake a cake, warm up your leftovers or use the special toaster that warm-up your medialuna. Overall, this was created for luxury, comfort and to give visitors the feel of the life of some locals, and with style. Other things to note - Since this apt is located on a big avenue, you might hear noise coming from the street. However, the place has brand new double window frames for your confort. - The apt. has SUPER HIGH SPEED WIFI. - Swimming pool available by following Covid-19 building protocol. - No parties, high volume music or reunions of more than three people are allowed. - IMPORTANT: This apartment has a high bar table with high stool chairs. Please keep this in mind since it might be challenging for seniors or guests with mobility disabilities
