Guest access The apartment is located four blocks to C subway line and near many bus lines that provide great connectivity to the city. There is a supermarket right across the street. Caseros Avenue is at the corner, where you can find an ample choice of restaurants, pizza places, ice cream parlors. Lezama Park is four-blocks walk. The cultural heart of San Telmo is within walking distance. Other things to note The apartment is available for monthly rent. The price can be negotiated acording to the term of the rental. It is perfect for students or digital nomads
