You will be surrounded by excellent cafes (Doña Lila / Bonafide / Tea connection, etc.), restaurants and shops of all kinds on Av. Cabildo. We're 5 blocks from Chinatown. We are 15 blocks from the River Stadium (El Monumental) We are 5 blocks from the FLENI Montañeses. On Av. Cabildo (2 blocks from the building) you will find several bus lines to go downtown or to the North zone. Uber/Cabbify: they arrive very quickly. Guest access It has a cowork on the 1st floor , it is a space specifically designed to work comfortably and harmoniously. Hours of use: 6 AM to 22 PM. CLARIFICATION: INTERNET 1TB (FASTEST SPEED).
