Casita Rayuela is a very bright, quiet, pet-friendly duplex surrounded by greenery. It has all the amenities and elements necessary to make your stay pleasant. It has amenities that depend on the building such as a large garden, laundry room, swimming pool and grill. It is located in Colegiales, a perfect location between the neighborhoods of Palermo and Belgrano, just 3 blocks from Av. Cabildo where there is access to public transportation. The space Casita Rayuela is very special to us and we hope it becomes so for our guests too. Like every home, it is a small sanctuary. The apartment is on the 1st floor (accessible by stairs or elevator), is 43 square meters, and is immersed in a dreamy green space due to the complex's garden and the plants that climb its exterior walls. The apartment is very bright and quiet. It has two floors. The entrance, an integrated kitchen, and the living/dining room with a large window to the garden are located on the first floor. An internal staircase leads to the second level where the master bedroom overlooking the garden, a small rest area, and the bathroom are located. The Internet connection is high quality with a speed of 300Mbps (you can connect by WiFi or UTP cable) and we have backup methods in case of problems with the main link. Just as we love animals and you can come with your pet(s), we also love music and you can bring yours. That's why at Casita Rayuela you can enjoy music in all formats, both digital and analog, as we have audio equipment and speakers to listen to cassettes, vinyl records, CDs, DVDs, SD memory cards or music from your favorite app via Bluetooth or cable. We also have a smart TV. Children are welcome, but unfortunately the spiral staircase does not have adequate safety measures for the little ones, nor is it suitable for people with restricted mobility. The service includes biweekly cleaning of the apartment at no extra charge. We hope you'll want to stay at and enjoy Casita Rayuela! Guest access Inside the apartment you can access all spaces, except a locker with a key where personal items are stored. Inside the building, you can access the garden, a space to store bicycles, a gym, and a swimming pool.
