Spacious and bright apartment, recently renovated, located in an old industrial space that today is transformed into a home with character. It was once a factory office, and retains that rustic-industrial style, with noble materials, simple lines and a warm, well-kept and functional aesthetic. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, or digital nomads looking for a quiet, stylish, and well-equipped place. The space The living room is comfortable and cozy, with a large sofa, warm lighting and a projector ideal for watching series and movies, creating a perfect atmosphere to relax at the end of the day. The dining room has a wooden table and comfortable chairs, and the space is also prepared for those who need to work from home: the wifi works perfectly, it is stable and fast, and there is a very comfortable office chair available to work several hours without problem. The kitchen is integrated and equipped for short or medium stays, with good circulation and natural light. The bedroom is spacious with a comfortable double bed, quality bedding and simple decor that invites you to rest. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guest, with the exception of a room which remains closed and is not included in the reservation, this is intended solely for the use of the host. Other things to note There is a camera located on the stairs to access the property that is disconnected, covered and out of service throughout the stay
