The apartment is spacious and quiet. It's shared only with me and my cat Mina. The room is extremely bright. It has blackout curtains for a restful night's sleep. Excellent location, steps from Av. de Julio, the Obelisk, Plaza de Mayo, the National Congress, San Telmo and the city's historic district. Everything is within 10 blocks. One block from the Metrobus where the most important bus lines circulate 1 block from the Metro. The space 80 m2 apartment. The available room is spacious, airy, bright and very quiet. It has air conditioning and heating. Large closets, library and shelves. Kitchen utensils, towels and sheets available Guest access The private room itself and the rest of the house are accessed freely. Availability in the kitchen of a stove, refrigerator and availability for Breakfasts, snacks or breaks.
