The Duplex-Lofts have a living room and table with chairs for 4 people , kitchen equipped. In the high level, the apartments have a bedroom with a queen size bed, Relax area and in the other site you have 2 more single beds. The space Located in the heart of San Telmo, 2 blocks away from Defensa street, where you can find many bars, restaurants, art galeries and antique shops. 6 blocks from Puerto Madero, the Ecological Reserve and Plaza Dorrego. 5 blocks from Florida street and Plaza de Mayo, where begining all the subways. WE KNOW THAT YOU WILL ENJOY SO MUCH YOUR STAY IN BA FROM OUR PLACES. Guest access The kitchen, integrated to the living room, is equipped with microwave , electrical hot plates, air extractor, refrigerator, coffee machine, pots and complete set of dishes for 4 people. In the high level, the apartments have a bedroom with a queen size bed, and 2 closets. Relax area and in the other site you have 2 more single beds. It´s equipped with Cable TV, Wireless Internet, Air conditioning and Central heating. This is the only Duplex with balcony to the st. Its rooms are spacious and bright with overlooking the central patio of the house. The building has very comfortable and pleasant common spaces. The patios of grounfloor have reposeras, chairs and tables where you can relax and meet other people staying in the building . All the apartments are comfortable and luminous with view to the central patio of the house. Maid service is included once a week with change of white clothes (sheets and towels). Other things to note In the central patio of the building with no map brochures for you, also business cards with my whatsapp, so send me a message if you need anything. And a book for you to write your congratulations for us :) In each apartment there is a small book to write what you recommend about your stay in BA for other guests as a way of interaction, or data for your traveler friends. There are signs in the yard with Wifi passwords, there are 3 modem available in the building. Please do not forget to enter our (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) page and post the best photo of your stay, and you comment in to Tripadvisor how well you spent. Obvious also one Airbnb Review. This will help to always have happy guests like you. Attention! in each apartment there is a sign with house rules, which should read well, to respect and be respected. Now just highlight the following points: "Always keep the main door closed _"; "No smoking inside of the apartments"; "The terrace is closed in the winter (July-September) during the summer and is open until 10pm at night you can not upload"; "There are not permitted parties, no noisy meetings"; "In BA separate trash, recyclables in green bags and the rest in black bags, please help us to improve the process."
