One of the classic local proletarian neighborhoods of the southern city. Close to Hospitales (Line H) with combination to all subway lines of the city. 3-room townhouse (1 room considered as a kitchen) on a first floor full of pot plants with patio and balcony. Very bright in the morning and sunset. There's a food store in front of the house. I live with a quiet black cat. There are huge parks nearby to visit as Parque Patricios and Chacabuco. 30 min away from the Obelisk The space PLEASE READ: just in case, the rented room is part of a shared flat. I mean, I live here in another single room. Bathroom, livingroom, kitchen, terrace and balcony are quiet and respectful common spaces to share. The medium sized room has a library separator as closet, a very good quality fan, a desktop, a mouse table, a light table and a bed (double size 1.40x1.90) I'm not at home usually because of work.
