Check-in: From 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Check-out: From 9:00 am until 11:00 am. Advance coordination is required for check-in and check-out. The space Apartment with balcony in an excellent building and a convenient location. It features 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed, complete with a dresser, a main bathroom with a shower/bathtub and bidet. The bedroom also includes a spacious wardrobe and a television. The living and dining area comes with a work desk and a guest bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine. With a minimalist and modern design, the apartment offers all amenities, including cable TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Ideal for 1 or 2 people. Guest access The building has: 1) SUM: - If you want to hold a meeting, it has capacity for up to 5 people. - It must be reserved 72 hours in advance with the building security team and paying an additional cost. - You must complete a form that will be delivered by the person in charge and sign full responsibility for its use on the specified day and time. -The times available for the use of the SUM are: Sundays to Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to midnight; and on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays from 11am to 5pm and from 7pm to 1AM. - Smoking is prohibited in the SUM sector. - It is prohibited to make excessive noise that may cause inconvenience to neighbors. - It is prohibited to throw trash remains outside, into a neighbor's apartment or into the street. - At the end of the hours of use, the sector must be left free of garbage or food remains. Any loss or breakage will be charged at the market value on the day of check-out. This includes excess dirt, stains on sheets or towels from makeup, blood or similar, breakage of dishes or electronic devices, breakage or loss of remote controls, deterioration of mattresses, pillows, sofas, furniture, or loss of apartment keys. Important details to consider: - The elevator has a capacity of up to 3 people. - Respect rest hours, even on weekends. - Cigarettes cannot be thrown from the balcony. - Trash bins are located in the middle of the emergency staircase.
