Nice room in cozy apartment in Núñez. The space My place is a nice two bedroom apartment located in one of the nicest neighborhoods, Nuñez. It has a private room with two single beds that I am offering for your staying. The living room is cozy and has a comfortable couch. The TV is available for watching movies or TV series. There is a kitchen and the bathroom has a bath and a shower. The apartment has a nice balcony and in the building we share a beautiful garden and a big terrace. The apartment has great air circulation as all the rooms conect outside. The double bed room has north orientation and the other one, faces the east. Guest access The apartment has wi-fi access. In the kitchen you can find the necessary utensils to cook. There is a space in the fridge for your food. There is a laundry machine and a place to hung it up. The building has some amenities, there is a small gym on the 13th floor that you can use to work out. During your stay I am available to guide and give advice on city transportation, places to visit and any query you may have during your stay. Other things to note The building has 24 hs security
