Modern, all new Duplex Apartment in the most exclusive, boutique area of Palermo Hollywood. Exquisitely designed, with a premium vibe and invitingly cozy, we built this apartment with quality and comfort in mind, thinking of offering an ideal place for digital nomads and foodies visiting the city. The building has very few neighbors so you'll definitively get a quiet stay. The space Both floors are open, sunny, and have their own AC units (hot/cold). On the first floor, you'll find a toilette with a full-length mirror, a living room, and a kitchen with a patio-terrace boasting an amazing open view and a BBQ grill. Under the stairs you'll find a storage area with the laundry and cleaning items, and a washing-drying machine. On the second floor, you'll find the bedroom with beautiful views of the neighborhood, with a queen bed, an open wardrobe and plenty of storage space. There's also a comfortable desk with plenty of tabletop space, drawers and an office chair. The main bathroom is located on this floor with a shower, toilet and bidet. It can accommodate an extra person very comfortably, providing a great night's sleep. We take care of every detail, providing soft bed sheets and additional pillows if 3 guests are to stay. Other things to note *** Important Notes *** - The apartment can host up to 3 people for the best experience, sleeping on a queen bed upstairs and a sofa bed downstairs. - We do love furry friends, but unfortunately no pets are allowed in the apartment. - The apartment is reserved for adults only. - I'm the owner of the apartment and I personally use it when travelling for work or visiting my family as I live in Barcelona, Spain. There are no intermediaries or middle agencies involved in this rental process. As hosts, my local family and I are committed to making your stay truly memorable. We take great pride in providing a welcoming and cozy atmosphere, ensuring you feel right at home during your time with us. From the moment you arrive, we'll be here to assist you with any questions, recommendations, or special requests you may have. * After booking, you'll be prompted to send via Airbnb messaging * - Photo ID of all guests staying - Contact number for direct messaging * Check-In & Check-Out * - Flexible Check-In: You can check-in at any time from 8 AM to 8 PM on the arrival date. Let us know your estimated time so we can accommodate it. - Self-Check-Out Option: For your convenience, you can self-check out if needed, just return to the apartment after opening the street door and leave the two copies of the keys on the coffee table in the living room. This way, you can check-out at any time during the departure date. * Cleaning * As part of our commitment to ensuring a comfortable and clean stay, a mandatory cleaning service — including a full bed linen and towel change — will be carried out at least once every 10 days for long-term stays. This service helps maintain the apartment in top condition and ensures your continued comfort. The $25 USD fee for this cleaning will be added later as an extra charge to your reservation. Our trained and trustworthy staff will handle the cleaning with care and professionalism. We'll coordinate the exact day and time for each session with you after check-in, based on what works best for you. If you prefer weekly cleanings, just let us know — we're happy to adjust the schedule
