Sunny and comfortable 38m2 one-bedroom apartment on a rare quiet street, wifi, cable tv, washer, parquet floors, 2 elevators, concierge in a secure building looking out over Palermo's green streets. This very sunny and comfortable 38 m2 one bedroom apartment is located in Palermo Soho, one of Buenos Aires' trendiest and safest neighborhoods. Designed by an artist, this is not like a sterile hotel room. Much of the tilework in the apartment was done by hand and is old. In the bathroom in particular, please understand that it is yellowed and cracked and not new. But even so, it is very clean, just not modern and sparkling white. It is definitely funky! If you think the old look of the apartment will bother you, please do look at other possibilities. Located on the 4th floor rear, the apartment looks out over Palermo's green streets and trees through a large picture window. The place is filled good vibes! The apartment comes equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, parquet floors, open kitchen, cable flat-screen TV, telephone and Wi-Fi. The secure building has two elevators and a concierge. It's situated on a calm and quiet street with little traffic so it's quiet and peaceful in the apartment. Yet it's just a few steps to fashionable boutiques, cafes and restaurants. Groceries are only a block or two away. Plaza Serrano (Plaza Julio Cortazar) the lively heart of Palermo Soho, is 4 blocks away, the bus stop is two blocks away and the Plaza Italia Subte D line is 6 blocks.
