Located on the 4th floor of a modern building with an elevator, it’s in the heart of Palermo Hollywood. The space SELF CHECK IN 24/7 (QR for building door + code for the apartment). MINIMUM STAY: 4 NIGHTS WIFI speed 100 mbps APARTMENT FEATURES • Hot & Cold split Air Conditioner • Wi Fi Internet 100 Mbps + 32' LCD smart (so you can connect to your streaming platform). • Private Balcony next to the main room • Queen size bed 160 x 190 • Bathroom with shower and bathtub • Full Equiped Kitchen with oven, Toaster, Tupperware, dishes, glasses, and basic cooking utensils. • Microwave and Nespresso. Refrigerator w/ Freezer. • Washing machine and small tender outside. Rates include all taxes and expenses (building fees, electricity, gas, tv cable, internet, etc).
