Palermo Soho is a Safe and exclusive zone, heart of Restaurants like Don Julio, Bars, Cafes, Shopping Stores, and Beautiful Architecture in Buenos Aires. You can enjoy your surroundings by simply going for a walk. Walking distance to the Flea Market, Los Arcos Shopping Mall, Alto Palermo Shopping Mall, and close to the Abasto Shopping Mall, other parts of Palermo, and also Recoleta. You are simply in the heart of Buenos Aires. The space The apartment is on the fourth floor of a premium a new building with 24/7 security. As soon as you enter, you will find the Living Room with a sofa-bed and a single sofa from where you can chill and enjoy the Smart TV with Netflix and Local channels. The sofa-bed is the extra bed that can used by two people, but there's also an extra mattress in the apartment in case someone wants to use it. If requested, we can leave bedsheets for the extra mattress as well, so that two people can sleep comfortable on the living room. Behind the sofa-bed you will find a table with chairs to enjoy your meals. There's also a big corner desk with a lamp and a chair from where you can work on your laptop with high-speed Wi-Fi or with your papers. The Kitchen is equipped to cook meals. You will find basic elements like salt, oil, cooking pan, cooking pots, and such. There is no smoke extractor on top of the stove yet, so if you are cooking something that will make a lot of smoke, we recommend you open the door to the balcony and turn on the air-conditioning in Fan mode at full speed. The toilette is located at the end of this first part of the apartment, before going to the bedroom, and it's perfect if you are a family of 4, as it can be used by those who sleep on the living room. Going to the bedroom, first thing on your right is the full bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed queen plus size and a big closet with tall mirrors. There are also big windows that lead to the Balcony. You can close the curtains to avoid day light. The Balcony can be accessed by the living room and by the bedroom. ***For short-term stays: a few personal belongings may be stored in 1/3 of the closet, behind a closed door to keep them out of your sight. Rest assured that you will have the most comfortable 2/3 of the closet completely clean and empty for you to use. Plenty of storage room for short-term stays. There may be a bicycle tied outside on the balcony as well.
