This apartment has 2 rooms: a bedroom separated from the living room (most apartments in this area are studios). It also has 2 bathrooms. It's super bright and quiet. We travel a lot and that's why we value the quality of the beds, the cleanliness, the details! This is the experience we want to offer you. We are part of others created under the concept "CASA BLANCA": the sum of details to make you feel comfortable as in a boutique hotel, with the warmth of being in your own home. The space The apartment has 2 rooms. On one side, a double room and on the other, a living room, both very spacious (56 meters total). It also has a kitchen, two bathrooms, and a nice balcony that faces the back of the building, which is why it is so quiet and bright. It's equipped with everything you can imagine, from a Nespresso coffee maker to bathrobes and slippers. Guest access The building has a grill on the top floor. You can use them whenever you want. To use the grill, just let the building manager (Rafa) know to avoid two neighbors using it at the same time. Other things to note In the apartment you will find a list with small tips to enjoy the house and the neighborhood more. For example, how to use the Nespresso coffee maker, or the dishwasher, etc. Or recommendations such as the coffee on the corner, which is one of the oldest in Buenos Aires (their half-moon pastries with coffee with milk are not to be missed!), the best grills, the nearest attractions, and more things like that for you to enjoy to the fullest!
