A spacious well equipped kitchen 1km from Rosedal, Bosques de Palermo, 300m from train/bus/ and subte. Surrounded by bars, rest, museums, designer shops and milongas. Practical and comfortable, to experience Buenos Aires as an authentic Porteño. Until the end of the year there could be noises during the day so during this period we do not recommend it as a homeoffice. The space The apartment is lovely, it is in a noble building in front of few units. The neighborhood is ultra chic, and it is super well connected. It has its own terrace balcony over the canopy of the trees, all the rooms face the street so it has light all day. With a spacious, well-equipped kitchen for cooking and a new dishwasher.
